Poppy Sweeting is one of the few students at Hogwarts with a major questline that weaves into the overarching narrative. There are the more obvious ones, of course, but some of the more minor characters in Hogwarts Legacy also share potential ties to future names of importance within the Harry Potter universe, from relatives of Lord Voldemort and the famous Ollivander family to renowned Magizoologists and Potioneers. But fans of the Harry Potter series will have noticed that some of the characters in Hogwarts Legacy share the same surnames with the likes of the Weasley and Black families, providing a possible ancestral link.
